1. Customer-Initiated Tour Cancellation
Customers must notify Jasmine Tours Ha Giang of any cancellation via written notice, email, Whatsapp, Zalo message, or by calling +84 375 299 476 or +84 974 205 994, or by visiting our office in person with the tour confirmation email to complete the cancellation procedure.
Cancellation terms:
At least 15 days before the departure date: 80% of the tour value will be refunded.
At least 7 days before the departure date: Customers are eligible to reschedule the tour to a different date.
⚠️ Note: Refunds are only applicable for customers who have paid 100% of the tour price through our official website jasminehagiang.com.
This policy does not apply to customers who have only paid a deposit (20% of the total tour value).
2. Tour Cancellation by Jasmine Tours Ha Giang
If the tour is canceled due to reasons originating from Jasmine Tours Ha Giang
(excluding cancellations caused by the customer’s failure or delay in payment)
or due to force majeure events (such as bad weather with official suspension order by local authorities, natural disasters, epidemics, etc.),
the customer will, by mutual agreement, be offered one of the following options:
- A full refund of all paid amounts within 14 business days
- Credit for a future trip
- Tour rescheduling
3. Tour Rescheduling or Changes by Customer
If the customer wishes to change the itinerary, number of participants, participant information, or postpone the tour to a different date, they must notify Jasmine Tours Ha Giang at least 5 days before the scheduled departure date for approval via:
