TERMS & CONDITIONS

By making a payment for any service provided by us—including bus tickets, motorbike rentals, day tours, and package tours—you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions.

1. Scope of Application
These terms apply to:
- Bus ticket bookings
- Motorbike rentals
- Day tours and multi-day travel packages
- And other travel-related services organized by us.
The term “Customer” refers to the person who books the service and/or any other individual on whose behalf the booking is made.

2. Prices and Payment
2.1 Pricing
- All prices are quoted in Vietnamese Dong (VND), US Dollars (USD), or both.
- Prices may change without prior notice due to exchange rate fluctuations, tax or fee adjustments, or supplier price changes.

2.2 Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of 30% to 50% or deposit from our website is required after booking confirmation to secure your reservation.

2.3 Full Payment
- The remaining balance must be paid no later than 10 days before the departure date.
- For bookings made within 10 days of departure or with a total value below $100 USD, full payment is required upon confirmation.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
3.1 Cancellation by Customer
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email:
- From 30 to 16 days prior to departure: 50% of the total amount will be charged, plus any bank or supplier fees incurred.
- 15 days or fewer prior to departure: Full deposit is non-refundable.
- No-show: 100% of the tour price will be charged.
- No refunds will be given for any unused services, including transportation, accommodation, meals, or activities.
- For group bookings (GIT), cancellation policies may vary and will be provided on a case-by-case basis.

3.2 Cancellation by Us
In rare and unavoidable circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, safety issues, or government restrictions), we reserve the right to:
- Cancel the tour and offer a full refund, or
- Offer an alternative of equal or greater value.
- We are not responsible for any additional losses beyond the amount paid for the service.

4. Liability & Disclaimer
- We act solely as an intermediary for the services provided and are not liable for injury, loss, accident, delay, or any other irregularity caused by third-party service providers (e.g., hotels, restaurants, transport companies).
- Customers are strongly encouraged to obtain comprehensive travel insurance prior to departure.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking if we believe the customer poses a potential threat to public safety or other participants.

5. Travel Documents and Visa
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that they hold valid documents required for their trip, including but not limited to: passport, visa, international driving permit (for motorbike rental), and any relevant ID.
- We are not responsible if a customer fails to obtain a visa or is denied entry by immigration authorities.
- In such cases, no refunds will be issued. However, we may assist with rescheduling the tour to a later date, subject to availability and with at least 7 days’ prior notice from the original departure date.

6. Force Majeure
- We are not liable for any loss, delay, or change of itinerary due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters, weather conditions,
- Political unrest, war, riots,
- Government actions or traffic disruptions.
- In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or provide equivalent services, but no compensation is guaranteed.

7. Claims & Dispute Resolution
- All complaints must be submitted in writing within 30 days after the end of the service.
- Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be referred to the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC) under the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry for final settlement.

8. Additional Notes
- No refunds are given for unused services or missed activities.
Itineraries may be adjusted due to operational conditions without prior notice.
- By completing your payment, you acknowledge that you have read and fully accepted all terms stated herein.
