I. RESPONSIBILITIES OF BOTH PARTIES
1. Jasmine Tours Hà Giang
Provide complete, accurate, and timely information about travel services, including but not limited to accommodations, transportation, itineraries, and other related services.
Ensure the confidentiality of customers’ personal information in accordance with the website’s privacy policy and applicable laws.
Assist customers during the booking process, payment, and handle any arising issues within Jasmine Tours Hà Giang’s scope of responsibility.
Coordinate with service partners to protect customer rights in cases of service changes or cancellations.
Bear no liability for any injury, damage, death, loss, accident, or delay caused by any action of transportation companies, hotels, restaurants, businesses, or individuals providing such services within the tour.
2. Customers
Provide accurate and truthful information when booking services on the website.
Take responsibility for checking and preparing all required documents (passport, visa, ID, health certificates, etc.) before using the services. For overseas Vietnamese (Việt kiều) using a passport or Green Card, it is mandatory to carry a valid visa and re-entry permit to Vietnam.
Comply with the regulations of service providers (airlines, accommodations, tour operators, etc.), refrain from leaving the group without permission, and immediately report any incidents/requests to the tour guide or Jasmine Tours Hà Giang’s representative for timely resolution.
Make full and timely payment as required by the website.
In case of itinerary changes or service cancellations, customers must notify as early as possible to receive the best support according to Jasmine Tours Hà Giang’s cancellation policy.
If bringing children under 15 years old who are not biological children, customers must carry a Parental Authorization Letter with verification from local authorities.
3. Limitation of Liability
Jasmine Tours Hà Giang is not responsible for the quality of services provided by third parties.
Jasmine Tours Hà Giang is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from delays, cancellations, or changes in transportation schedules, or from natural disasters, epidemics, wars, strikes, or other force majeure events.
In the event of unforeseen incidents, Jasmine Tours Hà Giang will make every effort to support customers within its capacity but is under no obligation to compensate for losses beyond its stated responsibilities.
II. OTHER COMMITMENTS
The website is committed to providing transparent, accurate information without misleading customers.
All disputes related to services will be resolved based on cooperation and negotiation. If no agreement is reached, disputes will be settled in accordance with applicable laws.
